The reason why a perfect utopia will never come into being is roughly this; unless man's nature itself is to be altered、a perfect utopia cannot possibly be brought into existence; but again 、if man's nature itself were to be altered、what once seemed to be a perfect utopia would at once be felt far from perfect.
Shall we ever have a perfect utopia? The answer is no.
The reason、briefly、is this. A perfect utopia is impossible so long as human nature remains as it is.
But then、if human nature itself could be reformed、that which appeared to us perfect until that moment would at once seem imperfect again.
